Important: webuydwellings aim to complete the process quickly and reasonably, however, unforeseen circumstances can affect the completion date and our ability to purchase. Our initial offer is provisional, subject to a satisfactory survey, searches, and contracts as approved by our legal team. Various factors, including recent financial and market fluctuations, may influence our decision or the final price.

Property transactions are not legally binding until contracts are exchanged. We may rescind the agreement if new information arises that impacts the property’s value, or we may renegotiate the price by mutual consent. If we rescind the agreement, we will cover all our own legal and survey costs. We strongly advise against committing to any expenditure or completion dates until the legal exchange of contracts as we shall not be held liable for costs you may have incurred.
